O.C. - Oliver

Hi guys, meet Oliver!

It has been ages since I last made an O.C. But now I just had to make one so I can roleplay with Noora.

I was too lazy to draw, so I just quickly made the head, got a base from DA and added clothes to the base. Yaay. I will draw him properly sometime, I promise!
